Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sinai Digital LLC (“Sinai Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit proverbstrading.com or use the Proverbs Trading service (the “Service”).

Proverbs Trading is a software tool for individual traders who run the options wheel strategy. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution, and we do not execute trades or hold customer funds.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information. Name, email address, and a password hash when you sign up.
• Profile and preferences. Trading preferences such as watchlists, screener weight settings, target rate-of-return thresholds, and notification preferences.
• Communications. The content of any email or support message you send us.
• Payment information. When subscriptions are enabled, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; we retain limited billing metadata (e.g., plan, last four digits, subscription status) returned by Stripe.

Brokerage information (via SnapTrade)

The Service connects to your brokerage account through SnapTrade (operated by Passiv Technologies Inc.), a third-party aggregator. When you link a brokerage account:

• You authenticate directly with your broker inside SnapTrade’s interface. We never see or store your brokerage username or password.
• SnapTrade issues a connection token that we store to retrieve your holdings, orders, and transactions on your behalf.
• We receive read-only account data: positions, order history, cash balances, and transaction records for the accounts you link.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage data. Pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and referrer URLs.
• Device and log data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and crash or error logs.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use first-party cookies for authentication and session management. We do not sell this data or use it for cross-site advertising.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including syncing your brokerage positions, computing scores, and generating roll signals.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Process subscription payments and send billing receipts.
• Respond to your questions and provide support.
• Improve the Service by analyzing aggregate usage patterns and diagnosing errors.
• Send service-related communications (e.g., security alerts, billing notices, changes to these terms). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Third-party service providers

We rely on a small set of vetted service providers to operate the Service. Each of these providers receives only the information necessary to perform their function, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

• SnapTrade — brokerage account connectivity.
• Supabase — application database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing (when subscriptions are enabled).
• Intrinio — market data provider for quotes, options chains, and fundamentals. We send ticker symbols to Intrinio; we do not send user-identifying information.
• Railway and Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
• Email delivery providers (e.g., transactional email services) for account, billing, and support communications.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• With the service providers listed above, as required to operate the Service;
• When you direct us to (for example, by connecting a brokerage account, which authorizes data flow between your broker, SnapTrade, and Proverbs Trading);
• To comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or lawful requests from public authorities;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Sinai Digital, our users, or others; and
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. These include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for our primary databases, least-privilege access controls, and segregation of production secrets. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

7. Your rights and choices

• Access and correction. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information. You may also disconnect any brokerage connection at any time from within the Service, which revokes SnapTrade’s access token.
• Portability. You may request an export of your account data.
• Opt-out of non-essential email. Transactional messages are required to operate the Service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the Service before the changes take effect. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
